Coming to Ireland for holidays?
As I really dislike staying in hotels I usually rent a house or apartment for a short period no matter where we travel.
Its a lot cheaper and we usually have plenty of space for those times when one or all of us need to chill out.

I spotted this amazing Luxury Self Catering house in Glengarriff today which is rented out on a short term basis, its in the village of Glengarriff where I spent a fair bit of my childhood holidays. They are having a competition to drum up a bit of linkage and I thought I would give it a go, plus we could really do with the break.

“Glengarriff village, known as the gateway to the Beara Peninsula, is a lively and picturesque spot with a selection of restaurants, food shops, craft shops, an art gallery and of course many friendly pubs in which to enjoy a drink, meet the locals or take in a night of traditional music”
The weather down there is quite nice due to The Gulf Stream and Garnish Island used to be pretty cool to get the boat out to as a kid.
