Duran Duran Cork

The lights went up and on walked Simon Le Bon, John Taylor, Roger Taylor and Nick Rhodes.
Le Bon and Rhodes looked as if they had stepped out of an eighties time warp looking as young and fit as I remembered them, John and Roger perhaps traveled a tougher route to the year 2007.
Taylor punchy base flowed throughout the show, the ever smiling Rhodes blasting away on every 80′s child dream machine the Roland synthesizer.
Le Bon was good, in fact he was very good, he held the high note and gave some amazing renditions of 90′s classics especially Come Undone and Ordinary World.
It was a fantastic powerful show and total enjoyable. Thanks to Cork Entrepreneur Kenny Lee for putting on the show, I had a brief chat with Kenny afterwards and he reminded me of those days in 80′s Cork superclub Spiders where we danced many night away.
Roll on 4th July when Fiddy will entertain us.

Was a great concert but I have to correct you on a few errors. John Taylor and Roger Taylor are not brothers and Come Undone and Ordinary World were released in the 90′s not the 80′s.

    Great concert though.
