How to avoid declaring email bankruptcy

This is very cool
Having trouble with email? Just don’t get a chance to reply? urgent emails lost in the noise.
Have a look at AwayFind
Chris Brogan turned me on to this and I just spent some money on it, its incredibly impressive and really quite useful.
“Awayfind is not just a web tool,
it’s a blueprint for escaping email, with a handbook and a community to ensure your success”
Now anyone who sends me an email gets an auto response, If they need to contact me urgently they click a hyperlink, fill in a form and its sent to me as an SMS, simple really but very cool

Listen, I’ve declared email bankruptcy twice in the last 13 years and I know how much it sucks. But I hate this idea. The automated reply just means *I* get more email, and the having to contact you twice to contact you once thing verges on rude. Your time is not twice as important as mine, and this system pretty much implies that it is.
