		<description>i agree they dont care! verizon has a few issues...i have prepaid &#039;cause i work and live in the uae so i get home in the usa a few times a year and i cannot top up beyond $150 in a billing period(did i mention prepay?) and i cannot send/receive text to dubai and a few others! and finally after about 6 years i am no longer blocked from calling work and family  in dubai while i am home! that was the case with virgin and a couple others too!</description>

Fortunate because I don&#039;t think they were really telling people about it, so it was only because I asked directly about it that I got on it I think.</description>
