ZiPhone is now so good that anyone can manage to safely and quickly unlock (jailbreak and SIM-unlock) the iPhone in under 2 mins30secs. One little game that 'could' be played is going around unlocking the demo phones in O2 and Apple stores..... not that I would do it myself of course - far to respectable for that!
