In fairness to Chandrasekher I think he&#039;s trying to be positive about netbooks in the article,

However, I&#039;ll give the gentleman from Intel the benefit of the doubt. 

I have a feeling he&#039;s trying to say the smartphone Web surfing experience is a poor one and therefore it is difficult for people trying to access info on a smartphone, which gives netbooks a market opening of sorts.</description>
