Jay-Z your too much for me
Had one of those days yesterday that you think normally would be a nightmare and then works out way beyond your expectations.
My youngest son Scott was 13 in July and asked that we take him and his friends to see Jay-Z in Dublin.
While rap is not normally in my Ipod it turned out fantastic
The warm up Acts Lupe Fiasco and Rick Ross were fantastic but the venue was packed to the rafters we kept having to move further back to see the stage. As we were moving back I got a tap on the shoulder, it turned out a friend was in charge of security and we were ushered in to the VIP area.
Jay-Z was amazing, what an entertainer he was accompanied on stage by Memphis Bleek
After the show we went for a burger to Eddie Rockets and in walks Lupe Fiasco one of the warm up acts
He sat down with us and signed autographs for the kids, nothing was too much trouble and he was a pure gentleman.
I am now basking in the glow of father of the year award for at least the next 24hrs before departing for San Francisco

Wow, that’s fantastic. Wish my Dad was that cool!
