I am a huge Lenovo fan
This T60 is my second machine and I seriously love the brand, I haven’t had zero issues until now.Over the last few weeks my screen has been flashing intermittently and whilst its not too bad its starting to become annoying and needs to be fixed now before it gets any worse.
Usually I just would move to another PC and hand it in somewhere but someone pointed me to this great Lenovo site which automatically checks are you in warranty.
As luck would have it, its a three year warranty, made a call,read the details from the screen and bang its going to Dublin tomorrow. I put up a tweet saying how impressed I was with the service and almost immediately I get a tweet back, nice job Lenovosocial and a perfect example of Twitter business model.
Fantastic service Lenovo I’m yours for life.
Just bring her back in working order please.
