New MAXroam store comes with never locked iPhone 3GS

Today we launched the new MAXroam store.
Its the third iteration and its definitely getting to where we want to be with lots more to come soon.
So whats new?
MAXroam Nokia
Lots of phones, a nice selection of the most popular Nokia phones with Sony Ericsson and other models coming soon.
All these phones have never been locked and are perfect for the global traveler.
We also managed to get our hands on some of the new unlocked Nokia 3G CS-10 broandband dongles which should make a perfect addition to the global road warrior’s backpack.
MAXroam store chargers
One of my personal gripes on the road is power, I always end up with the wrong plug and the wrong adapter so I pushed to get a full selection of power supplies/mobile chargers on the site, I think my favorite here is the Helios Emergency Charger.
Finally and most important one of my partners has scoured the planet for a stock of never locked iPhone 3GS’s, these can be used with any network, no worries about upgrading Apple software. These handsets are incredible and avoids the penalty that we all pay to our carriers for the 18 month contracts.
A whole turn of engineering work was completed at the same time as the new store.
1. Add a local (City) number to your MAXroam sim from anyone of 50 countries.
2. Live online billing
3. Free online SMS for all MAXroam users.

Stock seems to be one of the biggest issues with the iconic iphones, so if you’ve got that sorted, yours will be a VERY popular solution… My Vodafone contract ends next week, so will be along to buy one then..

How do you do it Pat? It’s like everthing people want, that the mobile companies can’t/won’t give, in one lovely place. Very exciting to see such a progressive business coming out of Cork!

    Pat:
Is the unlocked iPhone 3Gs you are offering the 16 & 32 GB model?
I’ve been waiting for my FR telco, Bouygues, to get the 32 GB one for a while now. No luck. Would consider yours as I carry 3 phones now when I travel, Japan/DoCoMo; US/T-Mobile & FR/Bouygues
Love the concept of your service. Good on you.
