Hey,
I've asked the same questions through the MAXroam site, but seeing as I'm subscribed to your blog I'm going to ask here as well.

I've been trying to decide if this product would be good for me while I do a RTW trip. But I'm not fully convinced it would be of benefit. Is this the kind of market that you are looking for or is it solely business travellers.
It would be great to hear you opinion on this, preferably by email. The itinerary of my trip is here (http://globetravel.blogspot.com/2008/06/rtw.html) although not complete.
I'm left a little confused to what all the numbers involved are?
So I pick a Maxroam number when I get my SIM and add my numbers to it? (so I'd add my local Irish mobile to it and then any number local sim I might pick up abroad?) So depending on my phone provider I may be charged divert charges on top of crediting my Maxroam account?

I've read about a MAxroam phone in the works - is that idea gone?
Also is the monthly fixed charge idea gone as well?

Thanks for your time

Great news Pat.

I've noticed the lines have become extremely reliable as of late too.

Maxroam Data Cards - would be the best baby brother for Max after reading about that lady who got a 15k bill for roaming on Vodafone. Just a thought. Its gotta be diffcult coming up with idea's to make Maxroam better after this latest upgrade?
