@jason
the Dongle is a wifi GPRS modem, its powered by Cradlepoint
Cradlepoint uses batteries, they last 6 hrs and recharge from mains supply
Cradlepoint has a full admin panel where you can open it fully or restrict it to yourself, you can allow users to login in one by one if you prefer, all users of your mobile hotspot must be authenticated by you.

Why not just use a bluetooth headset as a wireless mic that is linked directly to your broadcasting phone?

Hi Pat,

Thanks for the tip on how to get WiFi via Verizon on a Nokia N95...

Bernie - I'll be very interested in what you are working on for external mics. That's something I want to improve next.

I'd like an adapter that would allow me to connect in a shotgun or lav mic...

Thanks!

You will get better quality sound by wiring a lapel mic into the N95 earbud assembly. We have the tools and have some steady hands dissecting into the first set of cables at the moment.
